Your Surprise adventure begins at this gorgeous 3-bedroom house in Sun City Grand. The bedrooms feature 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, perfect for a comfortable stay. With amenities like A/C, WiFi, and washing/dryer, guests can relax and unwind. Enjoy the large private back patio with gas BBQ and gas fire pit. Located just a 3-minute walk from the Cimerron Fitness Center, Pickle Ball Courts and Golf Course. The home is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac and property includes citrus trees.

The Grand in Sun City offers many amenities from pools, gym, golf, pickle ball, nightly entertainment, and over 60 clubs and associations to engage with. To be eligible for use of facilities, a minimum 30 day stay is required.
