This listing is for a large second floor bedroom with private bathroom. The property is located in an excellent, safe area that borders on the N Phoenix/Paradise Valley area of the city (Paradise Valley Oasis). Shared spaces in which guests have access to: Full kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, unlimited filtered water, washer/dryer and patio with Weber propane grill.
You are minutes from amazing restaurants, shopping, hiking and golfing. I am located five minute to the newly renovated Paradise Valley Mall, ten minutes to Scottsdale Kierland and fifteen minutes to Sky Harbor Airport.
Room has a new Nectar queen size memory foam mattress, workspace, Samsung 55” smart TV with Amazon Firestick and a walk in closet. The private bathroom is attached and fully stocked. Water is softened and chlorine free throughout the entire house. Room and house has air filtration throughout.
I have two indoor/outdoor cats (Sly and Spanky) who are very shy and likely won’t see.
I travel quite often and if I’m not there, a friend will be checking on my cats occasionally.
Self check in with keyless entry. Code provided along with WiFi password prior to arrival.
