Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the kitchen, living areas, outdoor dining and sitting areas, heated pool, pool table, shuffleboard, putting green, and all amenities, with the exception of one closet which will remain locked as the owner's closet. Keyless entry ensures a hassle-free check-in, and we’re available 24/7 to make your stay perfect.

Other things to note
*The pool is 3'-9' deep, it is very important to watch your whole party while the pool is being used, especially children. By booking you are taking responsibility for all guests of your party while on the property. There is a charge for pool heating of 20 dollars per day during the months of January - April.

*No smoking in the house or illicit drugs on the property.

*We have our pool maintained weekly to keep it sparkling and clear for you, but during monsoon season (June-August) the high winds can cause debris and sand dirty the water. Please notify us and we will get the company out there as fast as we can to get it cleaned up.

*If you have any problems during your stay, you must give us a chance to remedy the situation before giving us a bad review.
