The home offers a spacious single-level layout with three bedrooms and two bathrooms; all to sleep up to 10 guests in comfort.

What Guest Love ❤️:
Guests consistently praised the home's cleanliness, fresh bedding, and welcoming atmosphere, noting that it felt both professionally maintained and comfortably inviting. The backyard was a highlight, with guests loving the pool, hammocks, grill, and multiple seating areas with a TV—even during Arizona's extreme summer heat. Families especially enjoyed the space for kids, with plenty of activities and room to relax, play, and spend time together. Overall, visitors described their stay as wonderful and highly recommended the property for both short getaways and longer stays.

Overall the house served its purpose and was very comfortable. Upon arrival, the porch light was out and no lights were on in front of the house and it was completely dark. The code for front door sent to us was incorrect, so we had to call the emergency line for the company to help us. Once we got in, the place was very clean and welcoming. The main things were not enough to cook with and what was there needs to be replaced, no spices except expired ones and no BBQ tools. We had to buy a new bbq set to use and buy a bunch of spices. The jets on the jacuzzi never worked, the pad on there was locked and the company had a guy come check it and he said it needed to be replaced, so that was a bummer, it was our main reason for renting this. 1 of the 2 tvs worked in backyard. The other one had no remote and was missing buttons on the tv itself. The couches were comfortable, the master bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect. Overall we had a lovely stay and enjoyed our vacation very much, but the house needs some fixes and cookware should be replaced.

Overall this house was great for our needs. The pool was what we wanted along with the outdoor seating and entertaining areas. Inside needs some love. A cabinet door is hanging off the hinge. A light was out in the hallway bathroom. The floor looked clean, but your socks told a different story. The biggest issue is the shower in the hallway bathroom. The showerhead is split and the spray wand hose is also split. The caulking at the bottom of the enclosure is nonexistent. Water pours out and pools in the hallway. This has obviously been an issue based upon the base board that shows water stains through the paint. I am not bashimg the house by any means. It served its purpose well. Just some things to look into.
