Had an issue with my reservation being cancelled as no show after a delayed flight, although the page says "check in anytime". Due to fixing this I had to change rooms in the middle of my 5 day stay. For being a newer hotel, the condition of the rooms was not as expected. The refrigerator was noisy and did not cool enough and my food spoiled, the pull out desk was broken, and there was no ottoman. The walls/floors were thin and I could hear the people above me stomping around and clearly doing bed-related activities. I did like the location having restaurants, a QT, and the freeway nearby (although some freeway noise). I also liked that the rooms were actually stocked with kitchen items for the kitchenette usage.
