Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Airport

This hotel very convenient to airport, restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the happy hour, free breakfasts and the pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel

This is not the typical Embassy Suites. It felt like it was a previous Howard Johnson type hotel. The staff and food chef were very nice and professional. The hotel was old. There is a nice Embassy Suites just 2 miles from this one. I wish we knew the facts prior to booking.

It was extremely amazing and clean. Great breakfast and the complimentary drinks was unexpected but I enjoyed it very much. My husband was extremely pleased with everything. The bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby. The staff was very polite and the location was perfect for us. I give it 4 stars. The only negative is the room was somewhat dated.

Embassy Suites are normally very good hotels, but this one did not meet the mark. It seemed as if they purchased an older, run down hotel, and that renovations were in the very early stages. I was embarrassed to have recommended it to family, and I had said prior to arrival " Embassy Suites are consistently good, a safe bet." The location and staff were fine, but the accommodations were disappointing.

The neighborhood is not the greatest but the location near airport and spring training baseball parks make up for it. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is very good.

The grounds were nice. It seemed like a renovated apartment complex. The room was clean but looked like an apartment. The area around the hotel was unsavory. They even charged for parking. Overall the hotel was ok, but for the price I paid I would go somewhere else.

Reasonable hotel with good breakfast and happy hours. Located near airport.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location for our needs. Awesome complimentary breakfast! All staff very helpful, cordial and pleasant. Would stay there again.

HOTEL WAS GREAT, THE SHUTTLE BUS DRIVER [...] WAS GREAT AS WERE THE REST OF THE STAFF, OVERALL A VERY ENJOYABLE STAY

Forget breakfast! One cook who cooked each order one at a time. Long line of people waiting and everyone waited for each order to be cooked one at a time! Also ATM machine could not connect to my bank--front desk refused to cash a check. Suggested walking over to 7-11 to use their ATM :( . AC was poor-hotel used chilled water cooler for A-C. In April the room temp was in the 80's--sweated all night long-their solution was to provide an electric fan. WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. STAY AWAY!

Great stay !!! The morning breakfast is fanstatic!

Not quite what I'm used to from an Embassy Suites. It was older in design, but quite charming. The surrounding area is limited. My only complant is about the temperature of the water in the shower...lukewarm:(. Otherwise everything was exceptable.

Rooms were clean and spacious, pool and hot tub were great. The free breakfast was the best I've had. Great central valley location as we went to various Spring Training games. Overall, and excellent value.

We operate on a tight budget and this place was like 5 star - !st class to us. The decor of the court yard was beautiful. The place was clean and there was always a staff person easily available to help with anything you may have desired. The free breakfast buffet was outstanding and the free drinks and appetizers every evening made our stay even better. The rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. We had 4 adults staying in our room. Will definitely go back here when we stay in Phoenix.

Went for Spring Training and the staff was unfamiliar with Ball Park locations, even the new Salt River Park at Talking Stick which had a billboard ad across the street from hotel. Set up was funky, not a typical Embassy Suites looking location. Room was older. Lots of cosmetic looking issues, cracks and paint. Breakfast was not well kept (ran out of stuff frequently) staff was very nice though. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. Going back to AZ for All Star game will not be going back to this hotel

The Embassy Suites hotel experience was terrible. Nothing like any of the other Embassy Suites. The hotel room heater didn't work, room was dirty and the breakfast was not good either -all Embassy Suites are NOT created equal. We will never stay at this location again - this location really needs help!!!

Breakfast was great. Staff was the best. Very helpful and friendly

very nice

Went for Spring Training. Great location close to the ballparks. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to [...], the breakfast chef, I could not have asked for a better experience for my family.

Traveled in for the PF Changs Marathon and 1/2 Marathon event. Staff was helpful, breakfast was great, shuttle service was awesome, room was clean and very nice, evening reception was terrific. Everthing was great!
