Pretty Good Overall
The house was nice and the neighborhood fairly quiet. My friend and I only had 2 real complaints: the water heater wouldn't turn on the first night, and there were no washcloths in the building. I messaged the owner about the first problem the next morning, and he had someone out there fixing it that afternoon. As for the 2nd problem, I figured I had bothered him enough, so I just went and bought a pack of washcloths. They're cheap and nothing to fuss over.
We would definitely use this property again. It is a small casita built in 1913 so it's aged but a very cute and clean place to stay with parking in an attached driveway. The communication with the owner was excellent.

Humble Abode
My friend and I stayed here early March 2024 and while we enjoyed the house (it's cuteness and cleanliness), the communication wasn't as responsive as I would've preferred. That said, we enjoyed our stay!

The property was fine. Getting ahold of the owner was almost impossible. We didn’t get our check in code until we were waiting in front of the property. Then, when I got home, I noticed a $300 charge on my card. I tried to reach out to the owner, only to hear nothing about the $300.

The property was decent and more affordable than hotels near the Convention center. It was my 1st visit to Phoenix.
Property was quiet. Nearby dining is limited, unless you have your own vehicle or Uber. Otherwise, it is a 20-30 minute walk.
My only disappointment was the delayed communication with the owner as it pertained to check-in and check-out. Check-in time was 4:00 PM. I did not receive the door code until 4:20 pm. 20 minutes isn't a major inconvenience, except when you're sitting outside the property awaiting a response to emails and voice messages.
Check-out instructions were sent after my departure for an early flight.

Great Place!
This house is perfectly located for the downtown area. We attended a concert at Chase Field. We took Waymo there for $16 and we walked home!! It's cute, clean and well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute casita
My family of 5 adults and a dog needed a place to stay for 1 night in Phoenix. The casita is cute, and the other houses in the neighborhood appear to be updated and well maintained. The commercial areas we went through to get there didn’t seem like great areas. The manager was easy to reach, even on the weekend, and was as accommodating as he could be, not being the owner. There were a lot of rules/instructions that were a bit off putting. The inside of the house was clean, but some of the furniture was broken, the front screen door had holes in it, and the back bedroom was tight, and accessed through a utility room. The long list of instructions, broken furniture on the porch were less than welcoming. The main bedroom on the other hand, was spacious and comfortable. But even though it sleeps 5, it wasn’t comfortable for 5 adults. It would have been better suited to a couple.
Great place to stay close to downtown in quiet neighborhood with own driveway to park. Comfortable beds. Only complaint was the water in shower was barely luke warm. I notified the owner who said he would take care of the issue with water heater. Also the remote for heater/air conditioner in bedroom was a little tricky to use and I couldn't get a comfortable temperature. I probably should have just left it alone :-)
