This is a gorgeous house with a fully licensed golf simulator, 3 bedrooms, offices to work from, a salt water pool, jacuzzi, putting and chipping areas. House is walking distance to downtown Gilbert and tons of restaurants, dog park, etc. an entertainers dream.

*** The EV charger is in the garage, access to the garage and unlimited use of the charger is $25/night. It is a universal Tesla home charger capable of charging at 35* MPH.

This property is very dark on the inside. There is no way to fully open the blinds on the windows. The furniture is very dated and in disrepair.
At least put furniture in that is in good condition

Wonderful pool and outdoor area!

Pool was a major draw and exceeded expectations! Enjoyed the putting green, but struggled with the golf simulator. House itself was clean and spacious. Nice place for a small group of friends to stay!

Nice area, nice clean home, but misleading listing.

The house is in a good, safe neighborhood and was clean upon arrival.Loved the pool. However, the listing claimed to have 3 bedrooms and an office, which was misleading. There are only 3 actual bedrooms, and what they called an "office" is actually a separate pool house with a futon — not suitable as a proper bedroom. Also, golf simulator not operational. I felt misled by this detail. Otherwise, the stay was good, but accurate descriptions matter when planning accommodations.

My friends and I were doing our annual golf trip and couldn't have been any more happy with the property!! The pool/hot tub, the neighborhood, the house, all of it was amazing!! We do our trip every year and we will be booking this property again next year!!

Great Location

This property was very clean and was in a great location. The town of Gilbert was very nice great restaurants. We felt very safe in the neighbor hood, my wife and her son went on walks and felt very safe.

Awesome backyard

Stayed two nights with a toddler and family members. Listing is accurate in its description and had no issues with the property or communicating with the host. Easy parking, lots of space inside the home, clean, huge TV, kitchen with many cooking tools! Pool was very pleasant during the hot days!
