When it comes to outdoor living, this lake-view retreat enjoys a large enclosed backyard with a firepit and a gas grill. As you enter this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover a family room that opens to the kitchen and breakfast area. Spread out comfortably on the sofa as you stream your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV with streaming services. The electric fireplace is a nice addition for wintertime visitors. Prepare delicious homemade meals and snacks for the crew in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The primary suite has an extra sitting room, a desk, a smart TV, a covered patio with double doors, and an en suite bathroom with a stacked washer/dryer and a walk-in shower with a built-in bench and dual shower heads. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
