Big screen t.v. facing 3 comfortable recliners. Full kitchen with a breakfast bar sits 2 high stool chairs. The private patio has a large table with swivel chairs, a carnival style popcorn machine, 2 more recliners, a cantina for drink prepping, a wireless bluetooth speaker on wheels that you can roll out to pool/patio just like the ice chest on wheels. Multiple lounging areas and card/yard games.
No smoking or vaping inside guest house, a $195 smoke odor removal fee will be applied additional charges may be added if smoking results in burn marks. Smoking is okay outside the guest house.
