Smart lock access with pin code entry and security camera. 2 bedrooms (both with queen beauty rest bedding), full sized pull out couch in living room, 2 full bathrooms (one walk in shower, one tub/shower). 55+ community (18 and under can only stay max 30 days). Steps from pool and hot tub! 30 day minimum rental. Minutes from P83 entertainment district and Peoria Sports Complex. 50 golf courses in the area along with Camelback ranch and State Farm stadium. Gated community with parking right outside the condo. Spring training teams within Minutes Drive Chicago White Sox  LA Dodgers  Seattle Mariners  Texas Rangers and  Kansas City Royals !!
