My family and I booked this amazing house to visit family. Check in was such a smooth process and Cory and Meredith were exceptionally courteous. They responded to my questions quickly and gave all information we needed and more. The house was well cleaned and I was impressed by the spaciousness of it. My two kids had their own bathrooms and really enjoyed the time spent. My favorite part of the entire house was the spacious kitchen that was well stocked and had plenty of appliances and general consumables. I was so happy we didn’t have to get the little things like dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies to just name a few. There were also lots of towels for both bath and pool. The pool and backyard was so enjoyable and relaxing. Being that we were there for the summer, having the use of the garage was also amazing. The temperatures in the house was perfect considering the very high temperatures of Arizona’s summer and having the two zones and flexibility to adjust the thermostats as we needed was a blessing. This 5 bedroom house is by far my absolute favorite with all of the years and states I have visited. It is located in a super safe area and so close to many stores and restaurants. We also needed a late checkout due to a last minute delay and Cory and Meredith were gracious enough to accommodate us. My family and I visit Arizona every year and will definitely be booking again next year. Your home made us feel like we were home too!

Wonderful Home!

We were in Phx for my mother’s 90th birthday in August. It was a hot week but Cory’s home was an oasis! The house was airy, clean and very accommodating. The pool was clean with fun toys for the kids. The kitchen was well equipped. It was the perfect place for the eight of us. I highly recommend this home. Cory and Merridith were amazing hosts!

Family Wedding

We were in town for a long weekend, celebrating a family wedding. We needed a place to suit the needs of teens through grandparents and this was perfect. Our time at the house was spent largely outdoors on the back patio and pool and it was delightful. The things that stood out to me about this property was the exceptional cleanliness, comfort of beds and pillows, abundance of extra supplies (towels, toilet paper) and excellent communication with the hosts. Wonderful family getaway!

Beautiful relaxing home near Surprise

We found this home to be lovely and charming and set up with all the amenities we needed. We had a perfect vacation and enjoyed two Spring Season baseball games a short drive from the house. Would love to visit again.

Awesome for Spring Training and Long Term Rental

This is the perfect property and location for families visiting for Spring Training or long term rentals. Lots of rooms and bathrooms, great kitchen and amazing outdoor space. Here were our favorite perks:- The hosts were super helpful and responsive!- Easy access to Dodgers and Mariners venues- Great nearby parks including playgrounds, soccer and beach volleyball fields, pickleball, basketball, etc... with beautiful sunsets!- Fully equipped pool/hot tub/mini golf yardAnd these may seem weird to call out but they have real toilet paper, not that cheap stuff you get at most rentals. And they also have lots of glass storage containers and ziploc bags. We love cooking nice meals and packing picnics for our excursions to eat healthier and save money while we travel. This house had everything we need to keep leftovers or get out to the local parks with snacks or lunches!Would definitely return to this house! Oh and if you have kids, the butterfly conservatory near Scottsdale was so fun for our family!

Great Dessert Staycation!

This is a dream house! My family and I traveled from Kansas City to visit friends and family and chose this beautiful place to stay. Best decision ever! The house accommodated very comfortably two families with small children. Every room in the house is so spacious. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and two of them have their own bathrooms. We spent a lot of our time in the large kitchen/living area and in the pool where we enjoyed ourselves. Overall, this is a great place to relax, rest and spend time with family!

Bud’s Farewell Gathering

We had a small gathering of family to say farewell to my father who passed recently. This house was perfect and I can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay. 70th Birthday Spring Break

We had a fabulous time in this very beautiful home. The pool, hot tub, and putting green were great. Very spacious home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and beds were very comfortable. Close to grocery stores. It was the perfect get away to celebrate March birthdays and to avoid a Minnesota blizzard that brought 18 inches of snow at home. Thank you!!

Spring Training Fun in Peoria

The house was lovely, especially the pool. Our family went to spring training games, had desert fun and then home to swim. Our 9 year old was in the pool for 8 hours one day! Cory and Meredith were quickly responsive to questions which made our stay more enjoyable. The putting green was fun, game cupboard a definite asset and comfortable beds, too. We'd definitely stay here again if in Peoria. Go Mariners!

AZ Family Vacation

We rented this home for a week and invited our kids and grandkids to spend it with us. Everyone had a great time hiking (Thunderbird and Deem trails), swimming in the pool and hot tub and going to spring training games! The property manager was very prompt answering my questions. Great experience!

Family Fun in AZ

Very beautiful, clean, and spacious home! Perfect for celebrating with 3 generations of family! Made good use of the all the amenities (hot tub, pool, putting green)! The two large TVs were a treat! We had Mario Cart going on one and holiday movies on the other! There was ample space for card games and Mexican Train in the dining room, too! We also loved the big well-stocked kitchen! We would definitely return again!

50th Birthday Family Retreat in AZ

This property was perfect for the needs of all 10 adults. There was plenty of space and seating both inside and outside the home. The kitchen is large enough to move around eachother working in it. The pool and spa are very clean and comfortable. The gazebo is the perfect place to sit and relax or play some music and dance. The neighborhood is nice,clean and quiet. We are already talking about renting it again for a weekend just to relax or in spring with more family from out of town. I didnt want to leave when it was time to check out!

Family Getaway

We rented this place for a family getaway weekend with myself, my husband, our 15 and 4 year old and my in laws. I cannot overstate how great the house was. It was a quick drive from Sky Harbor to Glendale and our arrival/check-in were totally seamless, with detailed instructions provided in advance. Located in Glendale, this rental is a quick drive away from everything the area has to offer. We decided to check out the Children's Museum in Phoenix which was only about a 30 minute drive from the house. It was great and our 4 year old loved it. On Saturday, we decided to spend the day just enjoying the house and it did not disappoint!The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for helping us to relax and just enjoy each-others company. Our son loved the putting green and played with his Papa every day. The 5 large bedrooms meant everyone in our party got their own room. The 3 full baths meant that there was no vying for bathroom time to get ready- a must have for a family of 6 traveling together. The gorgeous and fully-stocked kitchen made meals a breeze and the covered patios were the perfect place to sip our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Close to tons of restaurants, shopping, and attractions, beautifully renovated and decorated, with top notch amenities and excellent hosts, our family cannot recommend this place enough for your next desert vacation. We will definitely be back!
