Overall the experience was good but I have to take 1 star away for false advertising and 1 star away for cleanliness of the house. When we booked this house the details said it could sleep 13 and listed 4 queen beds, but when we got there it was only 2 queen beds and we found 2 additional blow up mattresses in boxes that we were told to blow up. The add has now been conveniently changed to reflect the actual house details but the host denied giving us any money back even though we were oversold on why we paid for. We also found the house to be quite dirty. The pool and hot tub both had fit in them, the fridge was full of random stuff, and the bathrooms were very dirty. They had hair all over the shower and sink area and it was clear the place had not been cleaned effectively.

Such a fun house

House was super clean and had so many fun things to do. The host was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. We were also able to check in early and checkout late which was nice since we flew there. It was so close to everything as well!

Great Place in Scottsdale

Our group of four guys stayed at this VRBO in mid-March for a golf trip. Overall, we found the ammenities and residence to be great and we used everything that was there. All of the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, great backyard for just relaxing in the pool and hot tub as well as a covered entertainment area.We were pretty central to most things we needed and no more than 25 minutes from any of the golf courses we played (TPC, Greyhawk, Troon North). We would definitely stay here again with our group or even with families.

BBHS class of 70’s annual golf trip

The place was fantastic, spa worked great and pool was very refreshing. Close to old town, rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Host provided some nice nice snacks that were greatly appreciated.
