The house features two guest bedrooms with queen beds in each, a master bedroom with a large king bed, sitting area, spacious walk-in closet, double glass shower and separate toilet area, a large home office room where additional beds can be added, full house reverse osmosis water filter, dual air conditioners with remote Nest thermostats, veranda patio, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, three car garage with epoxy floor, waterfall pool (unheated) with play hoop, personal putting green, BBQ grill island with wet bar and fridge, large stone kitchen island, easy-close drawers, wine refrigerator, matching built in stainless steel appliances, gas stove, gas heat, and numerous windows that allow for natural light everywhere.
