Rental has great potential; needs a little tender loving care
We were the first VRBO renters for this property. Some issues upon arrival and once manager notified, they were promptly resolved. Our stay was for 28 days. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen minimally equipped for that amount of time. Outdoor patio furniture needs improvement.
As a longer-term rental, we would have appreciated more general information about the area and information on how to access the Sun City Rec Centers (which requires a copy of the lease agreement or signed affadavit).
We have given additional information to the owners on how to improve this property. Given their response to our initial concerns, we have no doubt they will follow-up. This property has the potential to be an excellent rental.
