Low maintenance 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Southwest Decor. Comfortable furniture and great locations of activity within miles. Four miles from Kierland Commons and four miles from Desert Ridge, upcoming and popular walking, shows, music, restaurants, and shopping. Close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Harkin Theaters, and many trendy restaurants. Beautifully maintained property. Unit is in the front and has the option of curbside unloading of bags and groceries. Just steps to the Club House, heated pool, and Hot Tub. Internet included and 2 TVs. 3 month minimum.

Staying here was a full sensory experience. The keycode lock provided a steady rhythm section day and night (who knew entering numbers could be so loud?), and the gates added their own dramatic sound effects every time someone came or went. Upstairs, the local toddler track team trained enthusiastically until about 11pm. Very inspiring dedication.That said, the pool was fantastic, and the location near the Mayo Clinic and tons of stores was genuinely convenient. The apartment itself stayed impressively cool due to no direct sunlight (affectionately nicknamed “the cave") but it honestly grew on me and i think that would be a huge bonus if you stayed during the summer. I came to love the cave, and it was a sanctuary to me during a very rough time. The noises and distractions just meant that people around me were alive. Sometimes more than I was. Communication with the owner could have been a bit better, but overall, if you enjoy cool temps, convenience, and a lively soundtrack, and a respite from your former life, this place delivers.

Great stay!

This was a great place for the two of us and our Boxer. We had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. Great neighbors. Close to shopping. Day adventures, Walked daily around the complex and beyond. Margo was great. Any concerns she took care of right away. I will definitely love to stay again . Thank you Jeff , Karen and of course Kona boy!!!!

Fabulous 3 Months

This is a 3 bedroom unit that is close to EVERYTHING!! Accessible parking right next to unit after grocery shopping and covered stall just around the corner. The owner was so accommodating!!!! Margo is/was awesome to deal with Unfortunately, with the Coronavirus happening, the many Happy Hour locations were closed. The facility has a great pool, hot tub, and grills that are very close. This is the first time we rented from this owner and would do it again!!!

The location is in a perfect spot of north Scottsdale. You are very close to a lot of things but it’s also a quiet and relaxing. Easy access to plenty of restaurants and the highway. Would definitely stay there again.
