You’ll have complete access to the apartment and all shared spaces during your stay. Please note that this is a residential community, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and building rules. All amenities, pools, gym, sauna, and rooftop spaces, are shared with residents, so please enjoy and keep them tidy.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are often possible depending on availability, with a small fee for our cleaners. We recommend reaching out at least 5 hours prior to confirm.

NOTE : A refundable security deposit of $250 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is collected at the time of guest completing pre-check-in verification and will be held on your payment method for the duration of your stay. We provide a Damage Waiver option. This waiver covers reported incidental damage to the property during your stay, ensuring that minor mishaps don't disrupt your visit or your finances. Waiver Fee: A non-refundable of $35 per night is applied to your stay. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the space comfortable for all guests!
