Minutes from downtown Gilbert & the Dana Park shopping area where you'll find all sorts of shopping, dining & entertainment!

You will love this home and the relaxing ambience in the garden-like backyard! Perfect for outdoor entertaining with friends and family! A BBQ is also provided to add to your outdoor experience! All TVs in the home accommodating hulu, netflix, vidangel, amazon prime, etc! High speed wireless internet/cable TV. No stairs - all one level. The den can be used as a 4th bedroom. It has a full sized couch bed and/or it can be used as an office, reading or game room. As mentioned, the den has a couch bed (sleeps 2).
