Hi, I booked this in advance but sent a question to owner at time of booking. Two weeks later after booking reservation the email I received was referencing that I may be only able to stay 1 of the 2 nights and asked if I still willing to do it. I asked the owner if he was serious to receive another saying lease was extended and no longer an issue. The thought of cancelling and rebooking was not optimal. I was given 2 ten digit numbers with every little reference to what they were. What we learned at check in is that one was the owners phone number and another was a code to an app we should have downloaded before entry. These directions could have been laid out more clear before arrival and could have avoided owner contact at 9.30 pm. The place was a nice space but the halls reeked of marijuana and felt like I was in the halls of a frat house. Perhaps more picture of place would help. Lo and behold after a couple hours of settling in we realized there was zero toilet paper or hand soap in bathroom. We reached out to owner and were told that they would bring the next day. We used kitchen dishwasher soap to wash our hands and wound up going to the bathroom lobby for toilet paper. The place was in a nice location but it is the younger entertainment district so loud crowds and music reverberated until 2am. I would say minus the zero toilet paper and hand soap this is a great place to stay if your under 25 and the party scene up until 2am is your thing.
