When we arrived at the property the key pad didn’t not work at all and there was an eviction notice on the door dated three weeks prior. We Tried to communicate with the property owner and had no response until the following day which just said “key pad works” when I had mentioned the eviction notice I was told to “disregard it” although the rental office of the complex confirmed to us it was real. We had to scramble to find another property to stay at which cost us more money than planned. I have tried to reach the host but no messages back. We never made it into the property and now have to open a case with VRBO to get our money back. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

Communication was non-existent. We did not get check-in instructions until 2.5 hours after check-in time. I sent multiple messages through the app, text messages and phone calls without respond. I had to call VRBO customer service to help once they were able to communicate with the host then I received my check-in instructions. Also hair dryer and toilet paper were listed as available items in the apartment. There was no toilet paper (we went to Walmart to buy some) and there was not a hair dryer. Towels had stains so we bought some at Walmart as well. We went down to the gym to use the gym area. It was after 9 PM, gym was locked and not available, host said someone has to be in there to let you in as they were waiting for new key entry cards. Many kitchen necessities are not available.
