This quaint home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with parks, green belts, and a pool, but is also close to fun activities and venues. It is within walking distance of quaint little restaurants and coffee shops and less than a mile from lots of shopping and activities including the beautiful Santan Village - outdoor mall, Top Golf, Main Event, and Harkins Theaters. The home itself is newly renovated featuring light, crisp, clean colors and features that create an atmosphere for relaxation.
The space
This home is in a nice suburban masterplanned community with beautiful meandering walking paths and green belts and parks, as well as a community pool. The home itself is two levels with the living space downstairs and bedrooms up. It is situated with a shared driveway with its neighbors with a sidewalk leading to the front of the houses rather than a street. This positioning makes it very safe for children.
