We had an event downtown and it was only a short 18 minute drive. The place is great in theory and the facilities seem to be there. Just needs a little TLC…the air filter hasn’t been changed in a very long time and was completely full of dust, no extra rolls of toilet paper were available in the guest bathroom, the smoke detector was missing from the living room, the WiFi was very spotty and didn’t work for majority of the time, kitchen sink wasn’t draining and the garbage disposal didn’t work (I messaged the host about this and she was aware, should’ve been communicated with ahead of time to guest), I did not feel comfortable using the towels and they need replaced, the snacks that were left was a nice touch but they were expired, many of the blinds were missing in the living room and guest room, and the beds were very uncomfortable. I think with some effort, this place can be great but it needs a little work.
