Minimum commitment of 30 day rental per HOA rules. When you lease this lovely home you will have access to the private Scotland Hills pool/spa as well as full access to the Westbrook Community Clubhouse with lap pool, spa, fitness center, pickleball courts and many more amenities.

Very comfortable clean and updated townhome. Owners live nearby and are very responsive when questions arise. Conveniently located in Westbrook Village. Fitness facilities, pools and clubs available and very nice.
