All of our 1bd units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.
Amenities: Our grounds and amenities are unmatched and feature a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ gym, business center, clubhouse and dog park.
Location: We are where you want to be in the East Valley. Exactly in the middle of highways 101 and 10, you will be 15 minutes from everything including the airport, camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Scottsdale. Please keep in mind that there may be very slight road noise on the grounds so if you are very sensitive then you may want to consider another option.

Fine
The apartment was much smaller than anticipated or advertised. We did see some insects in our apartment. The furnishings, dishes, kitchen supplies, and bedding were old and minimal at best. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The fitness room however was extremely small with broken equipment except the treadmill was operating well. The location was fantastic with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
