Clean and stylish stay

This was a perfect home away from home while in town participating in a tournament. The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable at the same time. Having a garage to park our car in was an extra convenience that was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was reasonably stocked, the ice maker works great, and coffee pods were provided.The beds were comfortable except the one in the main room. It’s perfect if you like a soft mattress. The other downside was waking up hot in the middle of the night and needing to reset the thermostat because it is programmed to upper 70s-80s at midnight. Overall, the place was great and we would stay here again.

Surprise Getaway!!!

We enjoyed our week long stay in the Surprise area. The open kitchen and living room was perfect for family to interact while being in both spaces. The bedrooms were separate from the living area and provided privacy. Overall great location and property for a family vacation!

Great place with wonderful hosts!

Lovely home with communicative, gracious hosts. It was a wonderful stay, and being able to have our whole family travel together and not have to leave our four legged kid at home was the best part! Clean, spacious, great location. Would stay again without hesitation.

Overall the house was very comfortable and provided just about everything we needed to attend Graduation at ASU and stay for an extended visit with Family. We would come back.

Overall, this house was okay for the three days of our visit. Good location and adequate space for 5 adults. Bedrooms and living room were ready although closet doors were "missing." There was some wear and tear on kitchen counters and bathroom fixtures and vertical blinds would not open/close properly in living room. Details like missing porch furniture cushions, mismatched bath towel sets, no soap in master bathroom, dirty dishes left in dishwasher and leftover (smelly) garbage in garage trash bins were a disappointment. Our busy schedule while visiting did not allow for letting the host know of all issues, but she did reply to any contacts in a very timely manner. If the house is prepared (cleaned) for visitors completely, it is a great choice.
