Awesome Backyard
Truly enjoyed the house but the backyard was the place to be. Included hot tub, 8x8 foot fire pit, pool with baja shelf, 3 cabanas, bbq and bar, numerous seating areas, putt putt golf --- all awesome. The backyard has new turf added and a full back side of the house pergola since the photos were shot - great additions.
Inside is larger than it appears in photos and 3 of the 5 bedrooms are en suite which was nice.
Super convenient location and the host was flexible. Wonderful property on all accounts!

Family stay
We were visiting our son who lives near Fashion Square and this location was perfect. Right off Camelback and very close to Safeway. Beautiful neighborhood. Walked the babies in their stroller and felt very safe. House was perfect and backyard was better than pictured. We enjoyed the pool ever day as the kids loved it. Heated to perfection. Never any noise just an FYI that the restaurant nearby does valet park in front of house many evenings. Not a problem just was not aware. Kevin was great to work with and would absolutely rent again.

Another excellent stay!
We enjoyed our second consecutive Thanksgiving stay. Kevin, the home owner, is an excellent communicator and a great guy to interact with. The house/property is perfect for family gatherings. The additions of the hot tub and pergola are a testament to Kevin’s commitment to maintaining an awesome rental property. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Great backyard, yet house should be better for the price
Some nuisances made the weekend less enjoyable than it could have been. Check-in and check-out aren’t convenient at 5p / 10a. Had to clean out cigarette butts from the front patio, no hand soap at room sinks, broken ceiling fan, no lighter for firepit, and a TV without a power cord.
A construction crew came at 7:45a on Sunday AM to install a pergola, and while they were very respectful, it wasn’t communicated to us that this was happening.
Despite those nuisances, the backyard was great, and the host was responsive to most of our needs.

Wonderful property in excellent location
We rented this near old town Scottsdale property for a week to celebrate Thanksgiving. This house was the perfect fit for our large family. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 king size beds, one bedroom with queen bunk beds and one bedroom with 2 queen beds. Oversized closets and an air mattress with extra bedding. 4 full bathrooms was so nice, each individual family, and our teen boys got their own bathroom. The kitchen was incredibly stocked, which was great for all our cooking needs. Fun for everyone with card games, foosball, 2 TVs in the oversized living room, and a pool table. The backyard was outstanding! We were able to have the pool heated for us daily at an extra cost, 2 large dining tables that seats 14 people, 2 lounge cabanas, 6 loungers, and cornhole. Our kids swam daily in late November.
Probably the best thing about this property was the excellent care from the owner. Any message we sent, he responded with a solution in no longer than 5 minutes. Exceptional care! We will definitely be renting from Kevin again!
