This modern home offers a spacious 3,500 square feet with four bedrooms + a game/bonus room and two bathrooms to accommodate up to 14 guests easily and comfortably.

After stepping through the front door, you will find yourself in the open and spacious floor plan holding the living room, kitchen, and dining areas—all accented with high ceilings and an abundance of natural lighting.

Living Room: Accented with modern furnishings, the living room offers a comfortable oversized sectional sofa and a Smart TV.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a culinary haven, offering an array of appliances including a gas range and generous counter space. It is fully stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare gourmet meals, providing the perfect backdrop for your culinary adventures. The oversized kitchen island adds a touch of elegance and functionality, offering bar top seating for three—an ideal gathering spot.

Game Room: This space sets the stage for the ultimate hangout experience, offering a variety of entertainment options for you and your guests. Enjoy friendly games of pool or gather around the Smart TV to watch your favorite sports. The Game Room also doubles as an additional sleeping space, featuring two twin day beds, each with a twin trundle, providing comfortable accommodations for extra guests.

Take your shoes off and connect with nature on the lush real grass lawn, perfect for grounding and unwinding. With plenty of cozy lounge chairs and stunning sunset views, it's the ideal setting to soak up the Arizona vibe.

Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $95 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1–September 30. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures, pool temperatures may not reach desired levels.
