Este es un condominio recién decorado, agradable, de dos dormitorios, uno y cuarto de baño en una zona tranquila de Glendale, Arizona, a las afueras de Phoenix. Esta unidad se encuentra a pocos minutos de todos los lugares deportivos. Está bien amueblado con una cocina totalmente funcional. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, pequeños electrodomésticos nuevos, nuevos platos, ollas y sartenes. La unidad duerme 6. Las habitaciones tienen camas queen size y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama. Las habitaciones cuentan con camas con número de sueño para que no tenga que preocuparse por la comodidad del colchón. Simplemente seleccione su firmeza y duerma profundamente. El dormitorio principal también tiene un televisor plano y vestidor. Hay dos balcones; uno fuera de la sala de estar y el otro fuera del dormitorio principal. Ambos se enfrentan al cinturón verde fénix, lo que hace que esta unidad sea muy silenciosa y deseable. Es cable equipado con internet de alta velocidad. Hay 2 televisores de pantalla plana y un reproductor de DVD Blue Ray. Pleasant long stay

Nice condo with a view and nice walking path. Great fo a couple or a family. With only one bathroom, inviting friends to stay for senior couples less desirable. Otherwise recommended and we may be back.

Clean and Conveniently Located

I would definitely rent here again. The condo is absolutely in the best location of the complex. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked perfectly clean and inviting. With the 17 and 101 nearby it's easy to get around the valley. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for our visit

We really enjoyed the condo. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the entire condo was very clean upon arrival. Gary was easy to communicate to with and helpful in answering last minute questions. If we ever make it back to the Phoenix area, we would love to stay there again.

There was just 2 of us it was fine.

If you had people in the second bedroom, it didn't have a tv. Stairs to the 2nd floor are difficult to walk, older people would have a hard time on them!

The condo was very clean. It was perfect for our Christmas vacation. There were a few hiccups with traveling but Gary and Frances were great. There was plenty of room when our Granddaughters came over to visit. We will definitely be booking on our next trip out.

Great Stay!

My wife and I stayed hear for 2.5 weeks over Christmas and New Years 2021. Our children live in Phoenix and we were able to celebrate Christmas with them here. The unit is well equipped for preparing meals and very close to Kroger. We communicated with Gary a few times and he was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Thanksgiving vacation

Gary was very accommodating, I flew in from Alaska with my adult son and his girlfriend and my 3 younger children. We arrived just after 8AM and were able to check in early as well as checking out late since our departure flight didn't leave until 7 in the evening. The condo was great, the kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. I picked the location because it was only a 5 minute drive to the ASU West campus where my oldest goes to school. We're from Alaska so a driving 20 - 45 minutes to get somewhere is normal for us. The kids didn't mind the drive to Scottsdale for the OdySea or driving an hour to Mesa to visit family. I am pleased to say that the kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, dining ware, pyrex glass in all different sizes and even large serving platters and bowls which made making Thanksgiving dinner for my kids easy. There were even separate beach towels for the pool, lots of extra pillows and blankets, cleaning supplies and toiletries were available so we didn't have to rush to the store right away. The internet decided to quit on us, no fault of the owners but Gary was great and stayed on top of getting it fixed. We didn't mind at all since we were out all day long and all the kids had mobile internet on the their phones and devices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. Thanks for having us!

Great Condo

My family of four really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were looking for a budget friendly but comfortable home for our spring vacation, and this certainly met our needs. The property was in a nice location with good proximity to many places we wanted to visit in the area. The complex was quiet and had lovely landscaping. My son and husband loved running on the trail right next door and I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, with spices and and other kitchen supplies. Thanks for a great stay!
