Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath furnished home with recently upgraded open floor plan. Large living and dining room that leads into a cozy den and large covered outdoor patio for plenty of space to enjoy the temperate AZ winters. Master bedroom suite has walk-in closet, full bath and dressing room. Second bedroom is good sized with hallway bath. Washer, dryer included, full kitchen has small eat-in area, and walled private front entry patio provides extra room for that morning coffee. Sun City is an over 55 community close to all the sports complexes for spring training, the stadium, the Barrett Jackson car show, access to 7 rec centers and great restaurants and shopping.
