Spacious floor plan with nice master suite, large family room and kitchen. Bedrooms are spread out with plenty of privacy. Great patio, private pool and putting green! Situated in a very desirable neighborhood with numerous parks, walking trails, access to community pools and clubhouse. Very close to spring training at Surprise Stadium, numerous golf courses and hiking trails. Just a few blocks from the grocery store, coffee shop, one of the top restaurants in Surprise and more. Plenty of dining and nightlife options within a few mile radius as well.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Perfect Long Term Stay

My wife, infant, and I stayed here for a month. It was a pleasure to stay here. The house was clean and incredibly spacious. The location is close to everything, and the neighborhood is great to walk around. Pat was very quick to respond if we ever had any questions. Given the chance we would absolutely love to stay here again.
