Beautiful Spacious Home w/ pool - minutes from anything you want!!!

Perfect for multiple families, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sports teams ready to relax or enjoy all the amenities close by. I have 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 1 full with trundle bed) as well as a comfortable futon and 2 blow up mattresses. There is a beautiful pool with diving board, outdoor bbq area, large grass areas to play games, entertaining area with couches and TV. Indoor bar area with treadmill and bowflex.

20 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the stadium, 25 minutes to downtown Scottsdale, surrounded by many spring training baseball fields. Hi-speed internet w/ smart tvs in every room plus outside.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool and a washing machine.

Graduation Celebration

This house was perfect for celebrating my daughter’s graduation from GCU. The house was in a great and safe location. Everything we needed was at the house. We loved the backyard and pool. We loved the layout and spaciousness of the house. We would definitely come back.

One place has it all❤️

Lots of room for a family of 8. My grandkid's( both toddlers) enjoyed the pool so much. What I liked the most was the location of the property, it was just a few minute away from stores, restaurants entertainment places and from the airport.The host Jessica was amazing, she responded quickly when I texted and asked her some questions. I would highly recommend this place to anybody💕💕💕

Great location

Perfect setup for my spring training group's annual escape. The four bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all the necessities to cook meals. Neiborhood is quiet and safe, which made sitting in the backyard enjoying early morning coffee and then assemblying around the fire at night so enjoyable. Property is well cared for and spacious. Inside the home, floors and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained.

Affordable, clean, amenities, flexible host

We had a 3 night stay for a baseball tournament. Host was communicative, flexible and responded quickly. We had 12 guests (pre-teens and parents). House was very spacious. By the pictures and from looking at the outside, you wouldnt be able to tell just how large it is. Tvs everywhere. We loved the speaker system throughout the house. Our family and friends had a blast at the pool and grilling. Kitchen fully stocked and them some. Tons of extra condiments. Camelback stadium was about 20 min. All of the fields for our tournament in Peoria and Pinnacle Peak were also about 20 min away. Central location. Host did not charge more for extra guests...huge plus with family mindset. Appreciate that! Will book this house again when in AZ. Thank you!

Spring Training

We had to teenage boys with us who loved the pool and ping pong table. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. House could easily accommodate more. Location was perfect for the Spring Training games. We were within 20-30 minutes of the ball parks. Plenty of places to eat and shop.

Entertaining home

We traveled with my family (adults) for a wedding, the house has all the adult amenities for hosting friends. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked a few meals in the home. The outside area with pool, TV's & lounge could handle more people than the 8 we had. I would imagine the pool would be a blast once the spring heats the pool. The house is on a quiet cul de sac and we felt secure in the home
