This former model San Roque unit has new paint, new carpet, all new furniture, upgraded white quartz countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded wood style tile flooring. Large bedroom with queen bed, 65" 4K TV, extension area, and walk in closet. The living room features a large couch with a pull-out queen bed and memory foam padding, as well as a 70" 4K TV. Nice sized east facing balcony with a partial lake view. Private gated underground parking and an elevator directly to your floor. This is resort living at its finest with a 4500 sq. ft. clubhouse featuring a full indoor kitchen with island and wine fridge, pool table and shuffleboard table, 1800 sq. ft. fitness and yoga center, private locker rooms with showers and steam room, a large heated pool and spa with multiple fire pits and cabanas, and a tech center. Truly Enjoyable Stay

Josh was a wonderful host, he met us at the property and showed us around. He had left thoughtful little extras for us (water, toiletry items, etc.) that were very much appreciated. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need (dishes, pots, pans, utensils etc.). Ample supply of linens & towels. The facilities (pool, hot tub, gym, firepits, BBQ) are comparable to a top resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 week stay.
