Perfect house for spring break!

This was a family trip for spring break that just so happened to coincide with the NCAA Men's Final Four. The property was in a great location for access to downtown and the stadium. There were a lot of stores and restaurants close to the house. The pool and hot tub were definitely a big positive! Overall the house was very homey and comfortable. We highly recommend this property to others!

Last Minute Trio to Arizona

Great Property with plenty of amenities and safe location. We appreciated having plenty of towels(pool and bath), bedding and pillows. Beds were very comfortable and everyone had a television in their bedrooms. Having pool floaties was great and a gas grill for grilling was fantastic We enjoyed watching the golfers from the backyard and we were able to play golf at the course too. This Goodyear home was perfect for our group of 5. The house is spacious, well decorated, has comfortable beds, and has a kitchen equipped with everything you need for preparing meals. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, golf courses, and grocery stores. The backyard has a beautiful pool and fire pit. Being able to watch the golfers kept us entertained. The home was perfect. I, the Greandmother, daughter and 12 year old grandson live in different states and stayed at the home, here to visit another daughter and her family. The home was very clean, perfect kitchen, well stocked, large tv and viewing area, great outdoor seating. We loved the pool and spa area, it felt like home, and a quiet safe neighborhood to walk. Beautiful 6 days in gorgeous home!

We had a fantastic stay at this property and loved every minute of it. From the gorgeous property and home to the amenities, everything was great! The owner was responsive and graciously let us extend our stay with such ease. The one downside we experienced was the lack of toilet paper upon arrival. Although we didn’t mind going to buy more, it would’ve been nice for there to be more available than just a roll in each of the bathrooms. Overall though we had an incredible stay, loved the location, and got a great night’s sleep every night! Would absolutely return to this property and would highly recommend to anyone.
