Backyard Luxury with Private Pool and Hot Tub on Golf Course

Welcome to our desert retreat on Palm Valley Golf Course. This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home has a resort style backyard with golf course and mountain views, private pool (not heated), hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bar, covered patio, misters and extended pergola. Located minutes from attractions like spring training, State Farm Stadium, Phoenix International Raceway, golf and several hiking destinations.

The upgraded one level open plan home has a master bedroom with king bed, master bath with two person shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has queen size bed and second bath has been nicely updated as well. The third bedroom doubles as an office with a built in desk space and queen size Murphy bed. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast nook, and a coffee/wine bar. There is a two car garage and mudroom with full size washer and dryer.

Spend your day at one of the many nearby attractions or enjoy a glass of wine at the outdoor bar while relaxing by the pool and hot tub.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.

Desert Paradise!

Our stay was wonderful! The property exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our almost week long stay for our son’s graduation! The kitchen was very stocked and all the amenities were fantastic! We would recommend this property to anyone and hope to book again in the future!! We came for the weather, and the Mesa Marathon

We used the hot tub every day, loved it! We were in town just for a week of rest and relaxationThis was a nice place the hot tub needed cleaning but one call and they came right away and took care of it for us. The bed was comfortable and the patio and pool area were very nice a few things were getting a little tired looking but overall a nice place and met all of our needs for a good price.

Great stay. The backyard is truly lovely. Backing on a golf course. Too cool to swim but looking at the pool and soaking up rays was just fine too. Only downside, no TVs in bedrooms. Well equipped, centrally located vacation home perfect For our family.

Fabulous Stay in Goodyear

After staying many years in Las Vegas to soak up the warm days and sun we decided to switch it up and go to Phoenix. We found this gem of a house in Goodyear, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix. The pictures do not do this house justice. We felt that we were in our own little resort. The house is beautiful, clean and modern. All the amenities of home.

Beautiful home

My husband and I were in town to arrange his father’s travel back to Washington state after a stroke. The trip was not planned in advance and was definitely stressful. Since we booked last minute we were unable to book for our actual day of arrival so I sent a message to the owners to see if the home was available a day early. Jennifer was quick to respond and fortunately the home was available. She was able to arrange our stay for that night which made it so we didn’t have to find a hotel for only one night. It was so nice to have such a cozy home with everything we needed to relax. The home is well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, towels ect. The beds are super comfortable, the decor and furniture are nice. The pool area is beautiful and the perfect place to soak up some sun especially if you’re from the PNW like us. The price was very reasonable and the home is located near lots of good food, shopping and other attractions. We had a good stay and I hope to visit this home again in the future.
