BEAutiful Condo centrally located in the heart of Scottsdale with KING bed!

This unit is conveniently located in the heart of Scottsdale and surrounded by endless entertainment! This relaxing complex is equipped with 3 pools and hot tubs as well as multiple tennis, basketball and pickle ball courts. The compound also has its own greenbelt for walking and bicycles. One of my favorite places to visit is the OdySea Aquarium which is only a 5 minute drive!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a desk.

Excellent home away from home

It was great in fitting our needs. Spacious and comfortable. Thoughtfully furnished. Great value. Andrew is very prompt to reply and respectful. Good location in a safe neighborhood. Amenities near. Quite close to a busy road but we got used to it.

Nice condo, great host

Condo was nice, well stocked with all the essentials. Location was great as my husband and I were playing in a tennis tournament at Scottsdale Ranch Park. Great restaurants within 3-4 mile radius. Only cons, there is some traffic noise, blower on furnace/air can be very loud, but this can be mitigated by limiting the bedroom furnace/ air from coming on at night. Sofa was uncomfortable for us aged adults, but bed was very comfortable. Andrew was a great host and very responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Shade from the heat

It was very hot, and my husband was going thru issues at Mayo. So, it was nice to be able to walk around the complex, which is huge!! Thank you, Andrew.
