House is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. It was very clean. Nice backyard for a quiet day with family. We had a couple minor issues that were quickly resolved by responsive care team and host. We would stay here again.

Great Property

Convenient location, close to shopping, stores and Peoria Sports Complex. Property was clean, house was perfect for the 3 of us, here on a travel baseball vacation. Owners were very responsive to our needs. Neighborhood was quiet and well taken care of. AC went out in the master bedroom (the rest of the house's AC was working) just prior to our stay and the owner reached out, offering alternate locations which I did not take them up on; ultimately it was repaired within a half day of the issue and did not impact our stay. Great place, would definately stay here again.

Amazing location and home!

This house has it all!! We stayed for a week while our son played baseball at the Peoria Sports Complex and Surprise Stadium, both very close. The home was clean, beautiful and had all the amenities. Laundry, garage, pool, etc. We definitely hope to be back!

Mariner Spring Training

This is a fabulous property in a great location. We used it for a family get away to see the Mariners at Spring Training. Everything about the home was perfect from the 3 bedrooms, open living/kitchen area, pool room (which we used a lot), to the outside living space and pool (also used a bunch). Erin and Elise (Team Cadaci) ensured our stay was perfect. They communicated pre trip, during trip, and post trip. We plan on returning to the greater Phoenix are in the near future and would absolutely stay here again and again. I would recommend this property to anyone! Thanks!!

Perfect

Communication was great. Beautiful and spacious house. Loved the pool. The TV could of had more channels but overall our stay was more than 5 stars. We will come back if we get a chance to.

Spacious Home with Minimal Issues

The place is "as advertised." The pool was great. Easy to enter and used the garage openers for access most the time. The pool table was a nice extra. The washer/drier were easy to use. The only problems we had is we somehow got locked out using the sliding glass door to pool. (Still don't know how someone exiting and closing could cause it.) TV entertainment was limited to Netflix, and not sure if that was on someone else's account. We bought a simple antenna so we could watch the first Thursday Night Football game on local channels. Left attached for others.

Better than we ever imagined!

This is a beautiful home that is comfortable and includes the perfect amenities. The pool was perfect and the place we hung out morning and night. The house is laid out nicely and very accommodating. The price was so worth it and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful and fun home!

My family and I stayed here to surprise my dad with Superbowl tickets. The rest of us just relaxed in the pool and played on the pool table at night. The house was beautiful and all around amazing. We hope to come back and visit soon! :)

Amazing property and amenities. Enjoyed thanksgiving with my 90 year old mother who is in a wheelchair and even the bathroom was wheelchair accessible! We plan to be back soon. Thank you!
