You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Alligator @%!^HOUSE! PAPER STREET.

3 bed 2 bath house located right near saguaro high school. Large empty backyard with a broken pool. 3 bedrooms will have clean beds. 1 large living room will have 4 twin beds. Sleeps 14 in beds. Working refrigerator, washer and dryer. 2 couches. Large driveway. Hasn't been upgraded since 1967. Some drawers are broken. Door handle to one bathroom is broken because it was kicked in otherwise clean bathrooms. This is a place to crash. If you are bringing girls back here from old town or spring training make sure they are intoxicated so they can't see what dump this place is. Waiting on building plans to be finalized for remodel. Available month to month until then. Carpets are sliced in some areas.

I am putting in a new modern kitchen table that fits 6. And some more modern furniture next week.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
