No blankets on bed, charge for extra pillows, toilet was clogged, no breakfast because something wrong in kitchen, slow check in

When we arrived, we were hit with $40 deposit we were not expecting. Got to the room and the carpet was FILTHY! We layed in the bed and shortly after I killed some little brown bugs on the bed. Went to sleep and woke up around 2:45 am to use the bathroom and bed bugs were all over the bed. I killed a few and yes that is our blood in the photos. WE CHECKED IN AT 11pm and checked out and 3 am.

We found bed bugs in our room and we were switched to another room. After a thorough inspection and lost rest, we were finally able to get a couple hours sleep. Management reluctantly let us check out 1 hour late. At noon we loaded the car and went to the office at 12:20 and was told they were not giving us our $40 deposit back. They are crooked people. Highly not recommended.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Upon arrival, my family and I observed what appeared to be drug dealers, prostitutes, and ex-cons flashing gang colors. These people are the entire clientele of the hotel. While checking in they wanted a $40 deposit. Pretty weird. The room was filthy. There was trash on the severely stained carpet. Pieces of plastic, a gum wrapper, some brown stuff we hope was mud and something was spilled on the bathroom sink. The shower had black spots and there was something brown on the toilet seat. There was already trash in the can under the sink and the electrical outlet under the desk is a clear fire hazard. O, and there were critters, little brown roaches. The door had splits in the side and appeared to have been busted down at some point, maybe a police raid. This hotel is nothing like what they advertise Terrible. There are lots of homeless and people who look like they use drugs. Pool is green no signal for TV just a bad place to stay, Real bad service no breakfast in the morning and they advertise that your better off staying in your car. Overall, a terrible experience. DO NOT COME HERE!

I get to the hotel and am given a room that is dirty and used. When I went back to get a different room I was then given a room that smelled like a cigarette factory when I had ordered a NONSMOKING ROOM. The front desk insisted it was a nonsmoking room and started yelling at me when I asked for a new room which doesn't smell I was then given another room that smelled like cigarettes and the gentlemen told me to leave if I had any other complaints. When walking into the room the pillows had blood on them, the bedsheets were used and stained and the bed was just made, the towels were stained, the microwave was dirty and same for the fridge. The carpet was torn up. Both of the AC units were covered in dust and we cleaned them because we couldn't breath due to the heat and the dust going everywhere. We did ask the gentlemen at the front desk to have someone clean it but he yelled at me to leave. The kitchen cabinets were broken and smashed in. There was no toilet paper or tissues in the hotel. When asked to get a refund for the horrible service and dirty rooms the general manager Nina said I will not refund you and told me to call orbitz. I asked for my receipt and check out paper they told me they can't give it to me. I asked why and she said because we have a contract with orbitz to not give them out. She said she will print a checkout slip but will not give me a receipt. She printed the checkout slip,I then asked again for a receipt, she ripped the checkout slip and told me go

Pretty decent experience, I've stayed twice and never had a complaint

Needed a place to crash for evening during some remodeling at my house. I booked online and requested 2 beds. I checked in and only got 1 bed . The room smelled of a combination of an ashtray and musky. I had to go meet some co-workers for a few hours and I figured it would hopefully air out a bit . It didn't! I tried to switch rooms and they sad they couldn't because other rooms were booked and waiting g for those guests to check in . I had no choice but to tough it out . The bedding , drapes and walls reeked of smoke , and musky mildew smell. I ended up falling asleep and woke up at 5 am with sore throat and coughing . I looked around and found mold all around the base board area through room , parts of celing and in bathroom. I left the room and nobody in office or anywhere to be found . Avoid this place at all cost

This hotel has nothing that they advertise. NO: hairdryer iron cable HBO hot breakfast heated pool hot tub is broken microwave ashtrays (for smoking rooms)

The staff was inept. There were 3 people in front of me and I did not get helped for 30 minutes. They had a free breakfast, but it consisted of Cheerios and waffles, apparently with a waffle iron that didn't work. To top it off, when we out to dinner, one of our rooms had a visitor. Someone came into our room and stole a pair of wireless headphones. When we checked out in the morning, there was no manager on duty and the attendant told us all we could do was file a police report. This place is terrible.

A fleabag hotel that advertises 49.99 and up rooms painted on their building that I paid twice that through orbitz. The staff wanted $40 cash deposit for I don't know what. The advertised breakfast was cancelled. A greasy carpet and light fixtures broken hanging from the ceiling.

bad, never go there, ............................................................................................

Booked to the close to Turf Paradise, big mistake horrible service.

The bed was clean. The shower/tub very clean. The floors and everything else.. not so much. No hair dryer, no iron, no ironing board. $40 CASH deposit due upon arrival. CASH. And unsavory guests who asked for money. TV & Wifi worked though.

Upon arrival the front desk workers were parked in the handicapped parking spot. For a downstairs room they wanted an extra $20. I talked him into $10. There was no washcloths or hand towels. There was bees just outside of my door. After they killed a couple, I called them back and they asked if the bees were really bothering me. I said yes. I can't risk being stung. The floor was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. The sheets were soiled. One pillow case had a bright red blood streak on it. The room was the handicapped room, but you couldn't use any A.D.A. equipment to move around in the room because the walkways were to narrow. The tiling in the bathroom was crooked. Bent window screens. Screwed in metal over the screens, not cut to fit properly, but it's a fire hazard anyway. This was their remodeled room. I would hate to see the unremodeled rooms and it's poor cleanliness. Choose somewhere else to stay.

Right upon entering the room it was apparent I would not be able to stay there. The room furniture was in serious decline, horrible-looking bedside tables and an armoire that looked more like firewood than furniture at this point in their journey. There were MUPLTIPLE burn-marks and burn-holes decorating the comforter on the bed. And the floor was barely swept, I remember seeing a gross q-tip and a single fruit loop left behind for charm. Put it this way. Even though my booking was non-refundable and my only alternative was spending almost double somewhere nearby, I was there no longer than 30min from check-in to check-out.

Horrible hotel ....did not stay at the hotel returned the key place smelled like mold had bugs and bees inside the room .. people outside screaming at each other beer bottles everywhere horrible place

This was one of the worst facilities I've ever stayed at. The bedspreads were stained and had to be removed from the bed. At 2 in the morning, people were trying to get into my room. The amount paid for this room was far and away the highest I've ever paid to have a bed to sleep in. The staff were accommodating, but that can't make up for the total experience. I would sleep in my car before I would stay at this facility again

The staff was rude and not helpful, room was filthy, locks on the door were broken, several items in the room were broken, carpet was coming of the floor and base boards.

No door on the bathroom and no drain stopper in the sink. One of the worse hotels I've been in.
