Unacceptable behavior

The property owner cancelled our reservation about an hour from check in. Our party drove from California to Arizona when it happened. Called VRBO and they managed to find a hotel for my party and I for one night. We cut our trip short, food we took spoiled, had to sell our Spring training tickets because we were unable to find suitable accommodations for the 2nd day of our trip!!!!! Don’t rent from this owner, he likely cancelled us to reserve the room for more money, since there were multiple events going on and everything was sold out. HE TOTALLY RUINED OUR TRIP!!!!!!
