Come experience classic Arcadia ranch home living in this Phoenix hot spot in one of the most walkable areas in all of Arizona (north of Indian School near 40th st). Walk to dozens of delicious eateries, jog along the canal, or hike Camelback mountain–this spot has it all. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house features a primary suite with a king size bed and shower/tub, double vanity with two walk-in closets, a beautifully renovated eat-in kitchen with a large pantry and gas oven. The home features onsite laundry, another bedroom equipped with a king size bed. The home features two additional bedrooms and the owners are open to furnishing them based on needs. One room is larger at 12x15 feet and has been used as a playroom but could easily accommodate additional beds; The other room is a 9x11 and has been used as an office, but has accommodated a larger bed as well. The house features blackout curtains in the bedrooms to support quality rest and relaxation!
