It has a split-level floor plan that offers two Master bedrooms along with a decently sized family room and living room. Bedroom 4 is currently unfurnished at this point, but the Host will provide up to a $2,000 allowance for the 4th bedroom. Host will also be responsible for managing the logistics of ordering, receiving, arranging, etc. the furniture before the Guest arrives.
