A very good location of hotel. The room was lovely but the air con was not cold enough. The staff was lovely and always willing to help. The food in the restaurant was terrible. The seafood buffet was nice but main menu was terrible. Breakfast was ok but not a good choice for western. The tour which was organised for us was meant to be a four hour tour to The killing fields and city centre tour but we were back 40 mins early. Luckily a tuk tuk driver took us on a tour of the city so we got to see it. But the hotel was good.

Short Christmas break in PP and great stay in SHPP. All arrangements done over promptly responded emails and we managed to cover PP in 2 dys. Great breakfast and lunches. And Ms Alice was really a great help..

Room and bathroom are clean. In-room wi-fi and broadband internet available. Breakfast was very extensive and delicious. All kinds of cake, bread, jam, cheese, meat,.... A small water leak in the hall-light. Furniture a bit outdated.

This hotel is just beside the big temple and opposite of the America Embassy. It is also walking distance to few new malls in the city. If you prefer to walk, it’s about 15-20 mins walk to the river. The room I stayed is clean but furnitures are old. This hotel has good breakfast selection. The restaurant also serve nice decent dinner at night.

Hotel staff were very well meaning and gave me a free room upgrade. But the place needs an uplift. Rooms look tired and having only two elevators for bus loads of tour groups was challenging. The stairs option was not really good. Wifi was serviceable and needed because my 4G network kept dropping the minute I stepped into the hotel. Walking distance to the night market

Basically a fine hotel, but somewhat in need of a little TLC. Just needs decorating & sprucing up a little. Check-in took longer than it should because of rather chaotic methods of delivering bags to rooms for a large party. Room it self was large & well-appointed, large TV, free WiFi, small-ish bathroom. Decor a little dated & brown. Bar & restaurant OK - food was fine if not very imaginative. Served as a good base for two days, but not the most exciting hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are a little old and tired, but comfortable with good facilities. The restaurant offers a delicious menu, and a great selection with the buffet breakfast, staff were friendly but didn't speak very good English.

Our room was clean and tidy but showing some "age" with tired woodwork, panelling and sealant. Food from the buffet was very good though with freshly grilled options to order. Breakfast ok but limited choice when compared to others we have visited this trip. Staff were very friendly and helpful so although I rate this average others may find it better value.

Stayed here as part of a tour group so booked on our behalf. This hotel is in the French Quarter which is a pleasant area with typical Cambodia life on the doorstep. We had a large twin bedded room with two very comfortable queen size beds. The usual amenities with kettle/tea/coffee and lovely large mugs. Safe, slippers, dressing gowns, bottled water, tv and free WiFi that worked well. Good size bathroom with lovely shower over the bath and plenty of hot water. The towels were a little thin but everything was very clean. Hairdryer and basic mini toiletries also supplied. We did suffer with a blocked toilet but within minutes of speaking to reception, maintenance people arrived and it was sorted. Breakfast contained a good selection of European and Cambodian food and was very good. Dinner was buffet style with an excellent selection of foods to cater for everyone’s tastes. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Tuktuks are available outside for a ride into town which is not very far. It’s a safe area and we would certainly stay at this hotel again.

Only stayed one night but great location and convenient for transport. Staff was warm and friendly, AC and shower good, room very comfortable. Lots of variety for breakfast and food of high standard. Only downside was no swimming pool which I always enjoy
