Hotel missing in action

Arrived to find the hotel was now a gutted building site, the only thing remaining was the signage. Paid for 2 rooms for two nights , not impressed

Money's Worth

It was very good. Very friendly staff always eilling to help on comand. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it shouldn't be considering the cheap price for a room. 100% would stay here again.

Si entra da un piccolo negozio indicante un altro nome di guesthouse, entrati in stanza ci siamo accorti che non era stata pulita da tempo e sulle medesime lenzuola e cuscino in un letto fatto trovare disfatto, avevano dormito senz'altro altre persone

Clean, conveniently located & efficient. We had to provide our own soap. Towels & sheets were a bit tatty. Staff were confused abt payment method (i.e payment to website NOT cash to them) which was easily resolved after a short discussion

エクスペディアさんのホームページの写真と実物が全く違う。 ゲストハウスのフロントカウンターのようなものはなく、普通のコンビニになっています。 コンビニのレジでカギをもらって店の奥に行き、階段をのぼって部屋に行きます。 部屋のトイレにはトイレットペーパーのホルダーもトイレットペーパーもなし。 トイレも詰まり気味。 テレビ、エアコンのリモコンもなし。 冷蔵庫のパッキンはカビだらけ。 プノンペンのゲストハウスは初めてですが、こういうものなのでしょうか？

Not Good Hotel

Noisy room and cannot sleep because sound of motorbike and horn can heard loud inside the room. The hotel receiption erea changed to Mini-Super Market with different name. It is harder to find if you are the first time. I feel not safe as there were some guests have disputed in the middle of the night.

Hard to find

I feel conflicted about this review. The staff was nice. The room was adequate. But, there is on BIG drawback. This place is hard to find. It is on a busy thoroughfare. It is not remote. It just does not look like it's pictures. There is no longer a sign with its name. There is no longer a lobby with someone doing the "sampeah". That lobby is now a mini-mart and the front of the building just says "guesthouse". We drove around in circles looking for this place. Even the TukTuk drivers in front of it didn't know it was a guesthouse and the phone number they have posted on Expedia was out of service. Nice people. Fairly nice room (a little pricey for what you get).

첫날밤은 몇달동안 청소안했는지 지저분했는데 다음날 청소하니 그런데로 지낼만 했습니다 시장 앞이고 강변이 가까워 괜챦지만 주요 관광지는 모두 걸어가긴 애매해서 뚝뚝요금 지출이 많았네요 캄보디아 물가도 비싸고 뚝뚝바가지 심하고 덥고 비자비 30불에..앞으로 캄보디아 올일은 없을겁니다

Smell and dirt

Overlooked the smelliest market innPhnom Penh. The room was dirty and full of midges and the guesthouse staff didn't speak English. Not a pleasant experience

Mice roaming around room

My and my girlfriend booked for 2 nights for 1st and 2nd sept due to the price and hotel facilities and amenities listed on hotels.com. However the staff were less than interested when we checked in, our room was very different to the one advertised on hotels.com and the room amenities were also very misleading. We then got moved to a room upstairs which was much bigger yet still no where near the advertised picture claimed. We then had mice running through our room as behind the curtain there is a padlocked exterior door. Both rooms were not cleaned properly with old socks, a condom packet and old nut shells dotted around the room, I also noticed mice dropping near the fridge as I left.

Never go there again

This place is good for rats and cockroaches. It is the filthiest hotel I have ever seen in my life. The entrance is in a dodgy street, while inside the hotel reception there are several motorbikes permanently parked. The rooms are extremely bad with no ventilation, it is old and full of bedbugs and plenty of cockroaches. We requested the caretaker to remove the cockroaches, but he simply gave us a pesticide (mortin)spray, to kill them ourselves. The toilet is pretty old and filthy, along with the owner attaching a notice not to flush any toilet papers down the lavatory. We made several complains to the caretaker but he simply ignored us and pretended he couldn't talk in English.

Booked for a room for 5. Love the superb cooling aircon as the weather is hot outside. Good for a nights stay. But staff could not really speak english so its kinda hard to interact.

Cheap and simple

I booked this hotel because it was cheap and because of the value. Furnishings are a little dated but it has everything you need: ac, a bed, and great location. Good value pick.

eh. rooms were ok

We didn't get much in the rooms. No blankets or the usual soap and toothbrush and toothpaste like at most guest houses. Not worth 30+ a night.
