Room was clean and neat. Affordable price through online booking. Complimentary breakfast on the top floor of the hotel, good view. Buffet Breakfast was OK. Comfortable double bed, Clean bathroom, Towels. They arranged airport drop @12$. Good value for money, hotel in PP.
I stayed for 3 nights. A large old style hotel with nice staff. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was adequate with nice coffee. The tv and internet was good. Very good value when booked through the website. Its a 15 mins Tuk Tuk 3usd to where things are happening re; good restaurants, the royal palace. Its convenient to the airport 30mins @ 5 to 8usd. Also convenient to the killing fields exibition 30mins @ 15usd return.
It is okay for price, but the room is old and terrible smell, insect everywhere in the room. Breakfast is bad mostly for Asian, not fresh such as cooked for long time. Hard pillow, I can't sleep full night. Will not go again.
The location is near Olympic Stadium. It is an old hotel, small room 25 sqm. It is clean but bad smell. Good for night life, KTV, and night club around. We can go many place by TukTuk of hotel. BF is not good, but acceptable.
Nice big room, clean bathroom, pillow are abit small but it's okay, affordable price in great location, food are not that bed, really enjoyed my stay here, recommend to anyone who like to see city view.
Room was clean and neat. Affordable price. Stayed for a night in Phnom Penh. I don't like the location. The area too quiet and dangerous at night according to locals. My friends and i wanna go to get a massage but have to walk a few minutes to the nearest place accompany by hotel's staff. Staff very kind and concern. The don't have spa/massage parlor inside the hotel. Overall was great.
Stayed here with some friends, it was a great hotel and they were very friendly, they even had a sewing kit that I could use when I unfortunately split my pants!!! They went out of their way to provide food when we missed breakfast as my friend was sick. Was very impressed! The only possible issue was the cleaning staff did start early and it was audible from our room and woke us up mist mornings well before 8am. Would still give this place a 5 star rating though due to their kind hospitality.
After travelling overnight by bus, we were eager to check in early. We paid extra to check in early with the unimpressed worker and were directed to our room. We were given a room with two single beds, after explaining this isn't what I booked we were given another room with no apology and no offer to help with our luggage. 30 minutes into our new room the power went out completely and a burning smell went through the floor. Once again we were moved to a new room with no apology, explanation or help. The following evening we returned to find our room not made-up. I went to reception to ask for new water bottles and commented on the room, to which I was told to follow a worker up to the sixth floor to retrieve my fresh water. Attempted breakfast on the second morning at 8.20, most food was gone and I was told they would not be making anything more. Overall the experience was disappointing and for the price I'm sure there are much nicer hotels in the area. We moved to the billabong hotel for our final night and had a much nicer stay.
Just stayed here for a night. The check in was real quick and welcome drinks were served on request which was just a small 100ml of juice in a plastic glass. But the staff was really very helpful. The rooms were huge in size but had old fashioned look. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast on the top floor of the hotel, the view was mesmerizing but not the food. Options were limited and not so good. Atleast for us. Overall a basic hotel. Other hotels could be considered in the near by area.
Price/quality is very good, the room is nice clean. Breakfast and dinner at the 10th floor overlooking downtown Phnom Penh. 15-20 minute from most places with tug-tuk « depends on traffic, avoid around 8am and 5pm »
