Nice comfortable stay

Nice swimming pool unfortunately the bar opens late. Comfortable bed, the shower like almost all in cambodia is not properly fixed in the wall...but that is in many hotels. Good breakfast, small maintenence for broken pieces will be good.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Lucky, the hotel Tuk-Tuk driver was friendly and dependable. Mr Hong and other staff in the breakfast and pool areas were kind, helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming.

Worse experience

We booked , paid in advance with our credit card but when we got there , the front desk told us there was no such reservation. There were plenty of rooms available, he had to pay twice as much to stay there. We were on the chat line with Super.com for quite sometime, I think they reached out to the hotel but, the manager would not try anything in our favor besides telling us to pay if we must stay there. So we did, price was twice as much as when we booked online. The that was given to us was noisy, we could hear doors closing and opening when in use. The noise from the bathrooms from around us were loud as if they were sharing with us. We were stranded, had no choice. I will never go back there again. Manager was rude and the hotel was rundown. Bugs everywhere in the room and we smelled the insect repellent that they use. Terrible experience, we had to pay for 3 nights but we forfeited 2 nights, we only stayed there one night and found different hotel about a mile from there, we moved to different hotel the next day. We asked if wr can get the Refund of the 2 nights we hadn’t used, just as I thought, you paid you don’t use it, you lose it!!! So, if anyone wants to go there, just be careful!!! I will not recommend to anyone

This is an amazing hotel really looks beautiful. But there is a problem that I had you will see cockroaches. And also mosquitoes and also you have spider web all the way in the corner. I love the hotel it's really beautiful it's really custom to the average traveler. But the only thing that it really bother me from being a beautiful hotel is that bugs are in the building and bugs shouldn't be allowed especially when you're coming from a different country and having high expectations. Also the gym looks like the equipment has been burned out with the radiate of the Sun. When I wanted to go to the sky bar there was nobody there it says from 8:00 in the morning until 10:00 p.m. and I actually went there at 10:00 a.m. and there was nobody in the building. And at the same time it's very frustrating with the elevator so many people are using one elevator to go up and down. Sometimes when you press the button for your turn it skips you.

Loved the location of this place even though it's far away from the river area which is more oriented to expats and travelers. The hotel is mostly clean yet the room we had had some odd off putting bits and we had to fix the shower head ourselves as it would fall off as soon as you'd turn on the water. Oddly it had a safe that wasn't fixed to anything so you literally could walk out with it if you were creative. The breakfast was ample and tasty and the staff hugely courteous and lovely. I'd stay here again probably. Just note that the photos look a lot better than in real life thanks to photoshop wizardry. Overall it's a nice enough place and close to everything in the mid city. If you aren't used to walking in crazy traffic then this might be a bother but you can tuk tuk everywhere easy enough. Use the Grab app or you will have prices over quoted.

My 3rd stay at Orussey One and the property is always well maintained, staff are welcoming and friendly and a fabulous sky bar which Nori and Charles always attend to your drinking needs with the best cocktails and with very reasonable prices. Sun Kimhun has you covered whether it’s a snack or a full meal to satisfy your hunger without having to leave the comfort of the hotel. The location is also very close to main part of Phnom Penh. Will always stay here when visiting my friends in Phnom Penh.

This hotel was not up to the cleanliness I expected. There were a significant amount of bugs crawling around the bathroom. They were not cockroaches but some kind of beetle I had not seen before. The location was OK but not close enough walking distance to get to good restaurants or markets. I paid $50 a night for a larger room. It was OK but I don't think I will book this place again for my next trip in December.
