The hotel is much like staying in a mansion in a quiet area. Beautiful decor and outstanding staff. The made to order food was very good as well. Highly recommend for people who want quiet setting outside the downtown area. Kim the manager was such a delight to talk to. I wish her the very best.

A beautiful building full of character. Very comfortable bed, little else. Close to the airport, therefore, far from everything of interest. Food was average. There is no spa or pool, despite the suggestion - massage can be arranged but in your room. All the staff were very pleasant.

The staff made the stay

The staff made the difference in us having a delightful experience. They always greeted us with a smile no matter the time of day or circumstances. I would say I thought the fourth floor room was over priced.

Beautiful retreat — not too far from the airport

This is a great hotel — beautifully furnished, wonderful food, a friendly and attentive staff. I believe they have seven total rooms and if I ever come with my family, we will try to rent the whole hotel.

I have stayed here two times on late night arrivals in Phnom Penh. They always pick you up at the airport, which is great after a long full day of traveling. The hotel is a lovely small boutique hotel in a gated residential neighborhood near the airport. The decor is is beautiful with dark woods and a French Indochina feel. The staff are wonderful, and the service standard very high - it feels like they are there only for you (it is a small hotel after all). The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Both the classic room and business class room are very nice, with individual A/C units (important in Cambodia). It is a very relaxing and quiet place to stay and I won't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful Opulence.

We only stayed the one night and arrived later than expected due to late arrival at airport only to find the staff waiting for us. We were treated with the very best service and nothing was a problem. We loved the decor and furnishings, along with the piece and quiet you would expect. I would stay again anytime. We were treated like royalty which made the stay more memorable.

Peaceful, home-like hotel

Mane La Residence feels like the home of a rich relative. Nicely appointed, but without all the bustle and noise of a typical hotel. The staff are friendly, articulate, and discrete. Close to the airport and 20 mins in traffic to the main tourist area of Riverside.

Business trip visited Phnom Penh many times but this was my first time stayed in Mane La Residence. The room is very comfort and clean. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They helped me booked the car in the morning for my business meeting. I have breakfast and dinner in the hotel, the food are very good too. Highly recommended family/business stay in this hotel. I definitely will book this hotel again if I ever visit Phnom Penh again.

Good boutique hotel design. Drinks and snacks were outrageously priced. 15 dollars for a 1/3 bottle of wine, type you would get on an aircraft. Lots of kowtowing at the door but little practical help. Polite staff, certainly but not very helpful with local knowledge. The bed in my room broke, leg snapped off. The shower door was stuck on the floor, badly installed. A guest arrived to meet me for breakfast, I overslept and nobody came to wake me up which I would naturally want rather than keeping the guest waiting for 30 mins

Great stop near the airport.

Wonderful staff. Airport transfer was easy and then they drove me to my yoga retreat the following day. Check in was particularly great. I sat and drank a welcome drink while the staff filled out the paperwork. Breakfast was tasty. Only negatives were two blackouts (maybe 5 min a piece) which I doubt weee the hotel’s fault. Also it doesn’t look like there’s an elevator so it might not be the best stop if you struggle with stairs. For me, it was the perfect place to start a Cambodian vacation.

A colonial mansion!

this might be the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed at abroad. It looks like an old planters mansion, lovingly restored with antique furniture and lots of incredible would work. The staff bends over backwards to help. The only downside is that it is not in the middle of town so it is an Uber ride to the Royal Palace.

Very nice hotel

The building is beautiful and tranquil. We ate a very tasty breakfast al fresco. The service was excellent - friendly, attentive and helpful in organising transport etc. The location is about 15 mins / 3 USD tuk tuk ride Eastward to reach 'downtown' areas such as the riverside, Royal Palace, National Museum etc. This hotel is in a quiet, sedate and smart location. It's not in the hustle and bustle of downtown. That is a pro or a con depending on your preference. It is very well located for the airport to the West. For us it was a relaxing, elegant pit stop for our last night in the wonderful city of Phnom Penh.
