Someone with a keycard opened my door at midnight and woke me up -- front desk denied it was them and claimed they have no idea what happened. Wifi is spotty, and sometimes randomly disconnected. Breakfast is a weird set of lunch/dinner items (noodle soup, pad krapow etc) with no coffee or beverage included, so I had to pay extra for coffee. Also, the food caused immediate intestinal distress.

Robert thanks for your input, our hotel is a classic 80 year old building and I understand some issues may occur on the seals this will be addressed. for the issue of the room intrusion our night staff check the empty rooms and yours was listed inaccurately and put on the empty list after you room upgrade. im truly sorry. and I glade you received the refund for the drink and any other offered for breakfast.
