I stayed there last month for 3nights. Overall is awesome! Their room is very clean and very comfortable. They also provide useful information that we need to know. The staff very friendly. Their location also easy to reach and easy for the Tuk Tuk pick up. Really recommended for those who really want a clean room with affordable price. The room we get is exactly same with what we are booking.

Would only recommend for a quick stop

Lovely and very helpful staff who waited up for us when we arrived late via bus. Unfortunately the rooms themselves were dirty and smelt of stale smoke, except for the bedding which seemed fresh. Rooms did have everything you need - kettle, hot water, toiletries, tv etc. We only stayed here for a quick stop between two bus journeys, it was fine for one night as it was so cheap and close to our drop off point, however I wouldn’t recommend it for your main stay in Phnom Penh.

Not a bad place to stay. Relatively basic but pay for what you get. Cheap & cheerful. Centrally located. Staff were good in helping us to book the bus To the south of Cambodia when we checked in. Overall, perfectly adequate.

Would not recommend to other travellers, room smelled like mold, in a terrible spot in the city and was ripped off at check out. Not pleased with my stay

Nice safe hotel

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, we felt very safe and never had any worries when staying here at kim guesthouse

Very bad internet and very noisy. Clean OK

I was located on second flor on road side and must say it was very noisy. Room is okay with space and cleaneless. Stuff is not too good with english but you can communicate somehow. Main problem is internet. I tried to use in these 2 days for let say 3-4 hours per day, but I couldn't. First day it connect/unconnect all the time, I think I couldnt open few web sites only so I stopped and used my mobile internet. The second day I mentioned to the recepcionist and that day I could use internet maybe half hour in total. So generaly internet and noisy neighberhud is very big problem

rigtigt fint sted

Et rigtigt fint sted til prisen. Der blev gjort rent hverdag på værelset, hvor vi fik en ny flaske vand og en ren kop. Der var ligeledes el kedel, køleskab og air condition. Sød og i mødekommende personale. eneste lille minus. Er at madressen ikke er så god. Men det er også hvis man skal sætte en finger på dem.
