Juliana Hotel is in a lovely, airy colonial-style building, with a nice pool, clean rooms with comfortable beds, and standard hotel amenities. The staff are helpful and kind, and provided good service. Convenient location near Riverside and Central Market and many other attractions.

Easy to get there from airport, Nice and clean room, bed comfortable, breakfast was good, pool was lovely and clean. Bar service was a little slow in lobby We would stay there again, no noise, staff very friendly.

Not impressed with this hotel. Our room was functional. bathroom good and ac worked. However the hotel was tired. staff not very friendly, The big plus is the large pool.. Reception were very poor, No info on tours etc. Location is too far from restaurants and tourist spots, Gave up on room delivery of e.g. ice and very expensive for snacks etc. Choose a room on high floor as no ac on lower corridor, Breakfast adequate but cleanliness a factor,

Our driver had been to this hotel before and remembered how to get there thru the Phnom Penh traffic, which can be daunting. The final step involved a quick jog the wrong way on a one way street before turning into the lane leading to the hotel. Once there, we found it a nice experience. The room were spacious and well appointed, with international channels available on the TV and good Wi-Fi. The Vanda restaurant offers buffet meals for dinner and breakfast, and both had many nice choices. We used the transport arranged by the hotel to get to the airport, about 6 km away. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. I notice that other reviewers were unhappy with the service, but we found it excellent. The pool is clean and inviting, with tables where you can eat. I'm not sure what the rule "Swimsuits are required" was intended to mean, but I didn't see anyone evading that notice. This was the last stop before leaving Cambodia after two weeks and were were happy to end our trip at such a lovely establishment.

Probably the worst hotel experiance. Flight Centre needs to sort out their booking system. Staff at this hotel try to take advantage of the fact you are new to the country. Got extremely overcharged for transportation and anything that was organised by the hotel. Left a bad taste in my mouth. When we booked transport and were being Charged 70 usd...when the going rate should have been no more than 30usd. Made a compliant and some of the money was returned. If you have to stay here do not use hotel services. Juliana Hotel Management need to start taking care of their customers, otherwise no one will want to return.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2017. It is comfortable, good service, etc but it is for business travellers. The hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants. Tuk-tuks are expensive (US$) if you want to get out and about. Flight Centre books this one - I can imagine there are kickbacks. Would not recommend if you want to get out and about and be where the action is.

Only stayed one night on our way to Siem Reap. Surroundings were pleasant, very inviting clean swimming pool. Very good breakfast. The carpets in the corridors of the hotel are old and stained but overall the room was decent.

Obviously flight centre gets a kickback from this hotel. It's just so wrong, magnificent entry fit for any 1st world country, it's clinical and certainly not welcoming. Then as we walked down dark passageway to our room we walked into the worst room we had in Cambodia- luck this was our last night in Cambodia. Opened the curtains to a view of ...... the neighbours wall, asked to move told no. On top of this on the wrong side of town, even our tuk tuk driver asked why are we staying out here, he said we must be Australian as only we stay here. Did I mention 7$ tuk tuk ride just to the market Asked at reception about a bank, they pointed and that was it, I ask about the boat to Vietnam I was shown a flyer about sun set cruise. Received a message from reception saying our sun set cruise was leaving at noon, we didn't book a sunset cruise and at noon ???? With so many places to stay flight centre have got this totally wrong, it makes me question if they only recommend places they make money on. So don't stay here, get a map and choose your own place close to markets, sights and restaurants Terrible, did I mention 7$ tuk tuk to dinner one way - seriously just wrong

Disappointing stay, rooms on the small size, bathroom hard to move around it was so small. Water all over the bathroom floor as the shower door did not close properly. Phoned at 6.30am to ask when are you checking out and then staff member knocked on the door at 7.30am wanting to know the same thing. Dont you pay for check out til 11am or later. No apology, mattress slippery off bed base, coffee cups dirty, Breakfast ok power failure at breakfast so sat in the dark for about 10 minutes. No restaurants nearby, Hotel in an isolated area. Had a Buffet and Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel but none of the 4 of us eat Seafood and the choice was limited. Told the staff we did not want Buffet but was not offered an alternative. Asked at the Front desk and was told by them we could order off a menu. So half an hour later we sat down to have dinner. Thank goodness we only had 1 night. Unable to plug in charger for camera/phone as there was a border around the plug, so our international plug would not fit. ,

Stayed for 2 nights. Bathroom a weird layout and flooded easily when showering. Room very clean and we had a nice view over the pool. The pool is nice for swimming lengths (even for a keen swimmer like myself). I wanted to use the gym but when I went to look at this very basic facility the only other person in there was a very large man peddling rather slowly on the bike, wearing nothing but a pair of swimming trunks and smoking a cigar which stank the room out massively! No, I am not making that up! Needless to say, I had a swim instead. Rooms nice and quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were always polite on the door and reception. Not really much to see in the local area but some cheap eats on the street corner, where you choose the ingredients and make your own soup up at the table. Staff in there were very nice and helpful.
