Absolutely phenomenal experience at the Caravan Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was sparkling clean and incredibly refreshing, the bar served delicious drinks with a fun and relaxing atmosphere, and the service was nothing short of five-star. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable—every detail showed how much the staff cares about guests’ comfort. Speaking of the staff, they were truly outstanding—every single person we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. I had a wonderful experience staying at Caravan Hotel in Phnom Penh. The hotel offers a perfect mix of modern comfort and local charm. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome – they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with cozy bedding and all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the attention to detail – from the decor to the little conveniences that made the stay feel easy and relaxing. The location is excellent – close to key sights, restaurants, and cafes, but tucked away just enough to offer a quiet retreat after a day of exploring the city. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, very clean hôtel but hallways smell of cigarette smoke. Wifi signal was very weak in hotel room but OK in hallway and common areas. Limited dining and shopping options around hotel. Tuk-tuk or taxi required to reach shopping centres, markets and most tourist attractions.

Excellent hotel. The staff were amazing. I will list the names of those who impacted me at the end of this review. I had a wonderful massage. So good. I had to do it twice. The breakfast buffet is very good. Happy Hour at the rooftop bar, two glasses of wine for five dollars between 5 and 7pm. I walked all over the city from this location, but you can use the Grab App or there’s always a tuk tuk outside the hotel which will take you anywhere for a few dollars. The gym is excellent. And there are 4 1/2 liters of distilled water in your room every day and you can order more if you like. This is the excellent choice to stay in Pnomh Penh. The staff members who made my stay more enjoyable were Chanra who gave me lots of information when I arrived and kept in touch with me through WhatsApp, giving me updates on the tours, and anything I needed to know. Watt on the afternoon shift. was always helping me with directions and questions and always with a smile. The others were Noch, Kim Chou and Sok Heang, to reiterate, the staff really compliment this property, and it is really enjoyable, interacting with them.

Great hotel in Phnom Pehn

This was a great hotel with excellent service. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They arranged for us to have our own driver who took us everywhere. The pool is beautiful, great place to have a drink at the end of the day. The staff was superior, 5 star service. The hotel was located in a safe neighborhood and quiet. I had the best sleep here. The bathroom had all necessary amenities and shower had great pressure.
